Founded in 2015, SIMI is committed to educating, mobilizing, empowering, and supporting communities to combat poverty and eliminate health disparities. Founded in 2015 in New York City, SIMI began as a grassroots initiative focused on filling the gaps in health access and education in underserved communities. Over the years, we’ve grown into a global movement that partners with diverse stakeholders—from medical professionals to faith leaders—to implement life-changing programs in the U.S. and abroad.
