Our Mission
Our mission is to educate, mobilize, empower, and equip communities to fight poverty and address health disparities. At SIMI, we envision a world where disproportionately impacted communities have the tools and resources they need to achieve and maintain meaningful health, well-being, and an improved quality of life.

SIMI has established affiliates in the United States, Ghana and Belize in cities and villages hardest hit due to social determinants that causes health disparities. Our affiliates are located in New York City, Indiana, Accra, Sunyani, Kumasi (Ghana), San Ignacio (Belize).
